Shipping your order:

All items are shipped via UPS, Purolator, Canpar, ICS or GLS.

The usual delivery time can vary between 1 and 5 business days depending on the region you are ordering from. We cannot guarantee any time frame for receiving your order.

Pick up at a service point

If you chose in-person pickup at checkout, please note that you should only email us at info@onglesteph.com once you have received an email stating that it is ready for pickup.
